The administration staff should highly recommend for trainings such as how to deal with patients and families. Secondly one if the lady Dr (available on Saturday and Sunday) act like a FIROON ..no one is allowed to just ask a simple question from her during a break, even in severe cases. She doesn't care the severity if any patient. So secondly she should also taught a course "social norms" and " dealing with patients"

I have seen exceptional care provided to patients at Alam Medical Complex! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the facilities at Alam Medical Complex are clean and well maintained. Dr. Nargis Alam and Dr. Sadaf are very professional doctors - they take excellent care of their patients, listen to their concerns and address their needs with compassion and skill to provide excellent treatment to the patients under their care. The attention is spot on, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patient's health.
